Disclaimer!

This disclaimer emphasizes the purpose of this site: to share insights based on my own golf journey. While I believe the information here can be helpful, it’s important to note that not everyone is on the same path. That’s the beauty of golf—it’s a personal experience.
For instance, my What’s In The Bag (WITB) setup works well for me, but will not suit everyone. You should use equipment tailored to your preferences and skill. Your choices should reflect your own needs, so don’t feel pressured to follow someone else’s setup.
The reflections shared here are based on my own experiences, not any hard rules. What works for me might not work for you, and that’s perfectly fine! If you have feedback, I’d love to hear it—feel free to reach out via email or social media.
If a golf pro suggests ignoring anything (or everything!) I cover here, or in more detail in my note book, they’re probably right. Their expertise allows them to tailor their advice to your individual needs.
My advice may lean toward beginners in their mid-30s and beyond, with a focus on enjoying the game rather than prioritizing competition. If you’re much younger, just focus on playing and having fun—you’ll figure it out soon enough!
This site is geared toward those of us looking to improve our game and enjoy golf. If that’s you, I hope you find value here. If not, that’s okay too.
Everything I share on this website is a streamlined and condensed version of what you’ll find in my (note) book. The book’s goal is not just to share the full story but also to offer a framework that helps you reflect on and document your own golf journey. You can find a link to the book, along with other goodies, in the Goodies section.
Ultimately, golf is about fun. Don’t take it too seriously, and enjoy each round—you’re already winning just by being out there!
